Today my activity is like I said yesterday, I will continue to make a resume from the results of my trial and look for a comparison of the nutritional content of banana flour and flour.
And Alhamdulillah, today everything is finished, and I am really tired of dealing with computers and cellphones. But my efforts are not in vain because everything is finished. And I have got a bright spot, and in the next trial I will try to make another bread, because to make white bread with banana flour will be very difficult because the gluten content of this flour is very low.
