Daily English week 3

Assalamualaikum wr wb

Back again with myself. This time I will tell about my activities in the third week of practice. Ok guys because yesterday I was sick so for yesterday I could not tell anything.  On this second day, we wrestle with making croissants. And as usual we divide into groups each group consists of 3 people.  In making croissants this time, there was something different. Because we used the development of the sour dough that we made ourselves before.


 To use sour dough as a developer, we need a long time to make, because the dough from the croissant must be rested for one night.


 For the way of making it is still the same as the croissants we previously made.  For our results today it is less satisfactory because the good sour dough used must be 9-12 days old. While the sour dough we have is only 5 days old, it is far from what it should be.


 After completing the explanation from the lecturer, we were ready to return to their respective homes.
