Daily English mid test
Hello friends,
How are you feeling today ? me, I feel very tired but also happy because I had a hard day. Hard day I mean is exam day. The exam day is Bread Corner. The chef divided us into 4 groups, and 1 day was a day for 1 group to serve corner bread, also had the opportunity to prepare everything before the test day arrived.
My group must present corner bread on Wednesday. we actually have to prepare everything on Tuesday but to get the best bread and not to rush, we decided to come and prepare everything on Monday. we have plenty of time to think and prepare everything. Me and Dwiky will make Croissants, focus on the real Croissants. on Monday we made a 1.5 kg croissant dough, it failed once but the others succeeded, we also made pita bread and pain chocolate. After finishing, we store it in the chiller so it is no problem to bake or reheat on Wednesday.
Tuesday morning, I came easier than all my group friends because I wanted to make a video project about "How to Make Croissants", I will upload videos on my YouTube channel and will also upload them on my blog so just wait. Back to the activity, I made the same dough as yesterday's 1.5 kg Croissant and made Pita bread, Pain au chocolate and also chocolate croissant. Before we go home, we really make sure everything is finished so tomorrow morning we will not be in a hurry to serve everyone.
The day of the exam finally arrived. I came early in the morning because I needed to reheat all the bread and also prepare myself to serve or arrange at the Poltekpar Rectorate. at 9 am everything is ready to be arranged and we open at 10 am. Here are some pictures of activities:
We close before 12 am, because all the bread and tarlets are gone.
we also got more than 20 good grades from college.
