Daily English week 5

Hello Hay viewers ...

After yesterday's Lobster Platter, today I will make a traditional cake from my city and its name is Bakpia or people usually know it as Kue Pia.  It's actually the same as how to make croissants but what's different is Bakpia.  Croissants more bread and other things but Bakpia is just like that.

Bakpia is a food made from a mixture of green beans with sugar, covered with flour and baked.  The term bakpia itself comes from the Hokkien dialect (Hanzi: 肉饼), from the words "like" which means meat (ordinary pork) and "pia" which means cake, which literally means bread that contains meat.  In some parts of Indonesia, tasted food is known as pia pia or cake.

As usual we first prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. After that we started to process it into pia.  The filling we use is purple sweet potato stuffing.  The results are a bit disappointing because it still hasn't worked.

After finishing, we began to clean the area that we used, by cleaning and arranging the tools that we used in the original place. After that we prepared to go home to our respective homes.
