Daily English week 5

Hello Hay viewers ...

 Back again with myself here. Today we entered the 5th week of practice. After last Sunday we did a mid test, and the results were thankful, satisfying. On this morning we started our activities with a little exercise, namely general cleaning of all kitchen areas, calculating the heating count  before starting practice today.

 After everything is finished we are directed to oneline for group division and explanation of what must be done today.  And apparently there is a happy news viewers, our lecturer held a lobster plating competition.  And of course our menu 2 days in the future is lobster. For the rules of this competition, we have to cook lobster, and apply as good as possible, then take a picture and it will be up on the Makassar State Tourism Polytechnic Instagram. Who gets the most likes?  and the prize of Rp.400,000 viewers.

 And for today we only prepare for the ingredients we need for making our lobsters, and tomorrow we will execute them.
