On this second day we continued our preparations yesterday, still on the Latin America menu.
 make an Appetizer menu, which is Pastel de Queijo.  Like the Coxinhas that I prepared yesterday, this de Queijo Pastel is a typical Brazilian menu.  The way of making it itself is similar to the typical Makassar menu, namely Jalangkote.  The difference is the contents and shae


The ingredients needed to make Pastel de Queijo are flour, salad oil, eggs, water, salt and pepper powder which are the ingredients of the dough.  While the filling uses tomatoes, mozarella cheese, smoked beef and oregano.  When making dough, we experienced problems with the mixing dough we used, because the mixing dough with a large capacity was broken, we also had to use a mixing dough with a smaller capacity.  Since the dough capacity is inadequate, we also chose the manual method by kneading the dough.  Not only that, the noodle machine that we used to flatten the dough also suffered a little damage, but fortunately we were able to overcome all obstacles and be able to finish our product.

 After that, we continued the preparation of 3 types of sauce, such as Tomato Salsa, Sour Cream and Verde Fresco.  Of all the sauces, I chose to prepare Verde Fresco.  Honestly, I just found out the name of the sauce, what are the basic ingredients and how to make it.  It turns out that Verde Fresco is a kind of salsa sauce made from green chili, salad oil, lemon juice and cilantro, but what is different from this sauce is made by mashing i

 At 13.00 all preparations have been completed.  Then we clean our work area, then proceed with calculating Food Cost to determine Selling Price.  After that, at 17.50 we returned to their respective homes.
