Daily English week 2
Assalamualaikum wr wb
Onthe last day of practice this week we still make Croissants like the previous days. Because my group friend was sick, so I made Croissants with another friend. We also took turns to work on Croissants from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately the results are not in accordance with our wishes. But since Croissant 2 of my friends succeeded, we were not punished today. The success of Croissants today cannot be separated from the help of our lecturer, Mr. Ical.
Today we also handle the 3rd semester Buffet menu, Oriental Buffet. Due to several problems, they were expelled from the Kitchen by in-charge lecturers. While working on Croissants, we also finished all the Buffet menus. And the menu that I handle is Tom Yum Goong and Onigiri. I also helped bring some menus to the restaurant.
After everything was finished, we did general cleaning and continued with lunch together. At 18:00 we went back to our homes.
