 Instant yeast 20 gr

 Sugar 8 gr

 4 gr salt

 Bread improver 4 gr


 Ways of making:


 Mix all dry ingredients, add the water stir until smooth

 Add the butter, and stir the mixture until Kalis.

 After the dough is smooth, take it and rest for 30 minutes

 Remove the gas and then form the bread into a roll and put it in a mold that has been smeared with butter.

 Rest for 20-25 minutes.

 Then put it in the oven and burn it for 30-40 minutes at 270 ° C.

 And again the results are still unsuccessful. And I decided to consult with the lecturer what are the shortcomings of my trial. And I was directed to look for a comparison of the content of wheat flour with banana flour.  And after that I cleaned my work area with my friends and after finishing we went home to their respective homes
