Hy guys
At 06.30 I left for campus and arrived at campus around 07: 30 .on campus I directly rushed to kitchen to prepare myself, that is wearing kitchen9 uniform. After all ready, we directly one line in front of the kitchen to absent. Then we go in the kitchen and directly store the bag and toolbag in the locker then we are one line to receive the material and discuss the menu for tomorrow. After that we divided to group and my group got the soup, shrimp bisque.
After that we directly prepare the material for shirmp bisque, such as making stock.stock that is made of shrimp stock and maim ingredients of the manufacture of shrimp and shrimp shell.first of all the shrimp skin first to saute with butter.after all preparations completed our one line back for the section division for general cleaning. after we finished our general cleaning one line before we go back home. ok guys thats all for my daily activity today.
Here I will share a little results of my product today that is shrimp stock.
