Hello guys ....


Welcome to my blog, previously introduced my self,  My name is muhammad azriel, I studied at Makassar Tourism Polytechnic Department of Hospitality Management Department of Culinary. In this blog I will tell you about anything that is done in Polytechnic kitchen of Makassar tourism, and I apologize if there is a mistake, because here I am also still learning process. ok guys.this is my first blog in semester two, i will tell my activity from start to campus until go home.ok guys safely read and hopefully useful.


at 06.30 I have left for campus.dan I arrived on campus at 07.10. Arrived I directly prepare like wearing uniform from toe to tip hair.at 08.00 we started one line to absent before entering the kitchen, after all finished in the absent we went in the kitchen and we one line to receive the material about the continental breakfast menu. and after we explained about our continental breakfast menu directly divided the group to preaparan continental breakfast.and my group got preap for croissant.


after breakfast prepare  all finished, we returned one line to get the material about the breakfast menu for tomorrow. after we finished receiving the material, we are directly given a break for 1 hour. then we reentered for one line and the distribution of the station for general cleaning, and we were immediately general cleaning.setelah general cleaning we had one line to get home go home. ok guys and thank you my blog for today, hopefully useful, and keep up my next blog ..


I will describe a bit of my product today, that is croissant


INGRIDIENTS:


  • Water               720 gr
  • Yeast                50 gr
  • Hard flour         1 kg
  • Salt                   24 gr
  • Sugar                125 gr
  • Croissant fat  60 gr
