Come back to my blog. Like my previous blog, here I will tell about my activity in the kitchen for a day. From start I go to campus until I go home. I'm leaving from home around 06:20, I depart from campus is faster because of the distance from my home to the campus very far. walk from my house to campus about 1 hour. I arrived at campus around 7:20 am and I rushed to the kitchen to wear a full uniform like epron, necktie, and blank savoir.
At 08.10 we are one line to be absent and check the tool before entering the kitchen. In our kitchen one line to listen to the instructions of the blog. Since our blog is repeating the sentence inside and has not yet developed. After we have finished our guide we are preparing for the appetizer menu today. 12.30 open restaurant and today the menu is 1.3 rotation menu called turn menu at Here is a menu consisting of appetizers, soup (soup), main course and dessert.
After our closing restaurant we are preparing a menu for tomorrow. My group gets a dessert turn. And the dessert for tomorrow is bika ambon. After all preparing for tomorrow we finished general cleaning and I got section for general cleaning in main kitchen. General cleaning is obligatory we do every we finish using the kitchen. After the general cleaning we finished the rest of the same while waiting for our friends who pray evening. After all we have lanshnv one line to get ready to go home each. My daily activity for today, may be useful.
I will describe some of my product results today that are macedoinne of vegetable mayonnaise (appetizer).
