Daily activity

This second is our open resto for Indonesian food menu and for our preparens we prepare for the japanesee food menu. Today I came to the kitchen at 7:30 am, before entering my kitchen I took it for breakfast first. At 08:00 we are one line in front of the kitchen to be absent before entering the kitchen. We entered the kitchen according to our absences. Before starting today's activity we pray according to our beliefs for the smoothness of our activity.

After that we started processing the material we had prepared yesterday. For the group I make the gravy is a mixture of flour, sugar, and coconut which is cooked until thick. After making the sauce for green bananas, we prepare for tomorrow's menu of japanesee food menu. My group got a soup menu that is miso soup. What we preapare today is just leak and crab steak. At 12.10 am our open resto and alhamdulillah there are no obstacles that we face all smoothly to the end.

After restaurant closing, we are in general cleaning. We are general cleaning in cold kitchen and butcher area. After all we finished resting for lunch. After lunch we were one line for a little delivery from the senior who was incharge. After that we continued general cleaning in the working ciller. After that we rested with joking. After that we are also one line to get ready to go home each and a few from the senior afterwards pray for our safety to go home each. My daily activity for this day assalamualaikum and thank you.
