Assalamualaikum sobat ....


On the fourth we entered the thailand food menu. My group got an appetizer menu. It's like we start with one line front kitchen for absen. Then enter according to absent and straight one line. There we were asked about preparing today. After that, we are starting to continue our activities. Hour 9 chef aldyno came and we were one line back to get directions about the menu today. After that we continue our work to each other.


My group still have to cut their meat for thai beef salad, then in sou vide then in pan frying. An hour ago, our open receptions began plating to explain at restaurants and in the office. At 12 o'clock we started the open, we did not encounter significant obstacles for the day menu, everything was smooth to finish and well controlled.


As we enter the dessert menu, we have started general cleaning, because today we have a big general cleaning, it's all unloaded and cleaned clean as clean. And it has to be completed no later than 3 pm, if passing then general cleaning will be repeat. After general cleaning is over, we spend lunch while we eat our remaining food. And it is very enjoyable because it is accompanied by togetherness. After that we also one line back and prepare to go home each. My blog for today, and wait for it in the next 2 weeks.
