Daily activity

Asslamualakum wr wb

Here I will tell my dikitchen activity in this day, starting from my departure to my home until the return home.ok at 07.20 I leave the campus and until it is sampled around 07.30. I go straight to the cake and prepare directly me, like, wearing a uniform, checking my tool, and more. While waiting for an hour of entry, we read our recipe for today. After that we are also one line in front of the kitchen to be absent and check the groaming.then we go directly to keep the bag and straight one line .we discuss about the menu today.masing each group forward to explain how to make the menu they make today.

After that we started to intervene in our preparation. My group got us reheating back to her bolognesenya sauce. At chef aldyno we came back one line to discuss today's menu and also for menu sharing for tomorrow.and also chef aldyno explained to us, how good knives, and good knife prices. tomorrow my group again got the main course menu. After the chef aldyno finished explaining we went back to work.

While waiting for restaurant closing and preparing we were all done, so we were told to prepare for the menu tomorrow. That is beef steaw, baked potatoes, and provencale zucchini. Before our open restaurant was shown how to make from our menu, spagheti bolognese. At 12.00 the restaurant is open, and at the entrance to the main course menu we have a fog, because of the narrow area, too many people are in our area, so we are hard to move. After our restaurant closing we break for lunch. After that we were general cleaning and after our gerneral cleaning we came home each of us.
