My third blog is still going to tell you about my daily life at the kitchen polyculture makassar.ok at 07.30 am I just went to campus because of rain. I was forced to go to the kitchen. After I was in dikitchen I had to wear my full uniform. After that we also ansen first and enter kekitchen.thhen we store our bag of london and straight one line. After that we immediately continue our prepayment unfinished. Since the preparan in my group is 90% then I go around to help the other section. After all our preparations are completed, I also make the beef steaw process a long time. The beef stew itself, in the process of cooking it uses 4 cooking techniques, namely saute, braising, boiling, and simmering. Today we are a bit confused because we are not under surveillance by chef dyno, so we're just being monitored by our gams who last week had this menu up. So that's what makes us confused.


About 1 hour before my group's open recruitment for the two, there was a bundle for today and there was an upset preparing for tomorrow. I got the part to block today's menu.
