Welcome to my last blog this week. Which will still discuss my activities for a full day in the kitchen politics of makassar tourism. Starting from my departure to campus until I go home.i happy reading.this day I left for campus around 0615 and I arrived at campus somewhat late due to traffic jam. I arrived jammed around 07:45. Upon arrival I went straight to the kitchen because I was late. And I'm lamsung wearing a full uniform.
After that I just joined my friend who was first one line in front of the kitchen to be absent and check the groaming.then we entered dikitchen and immediately kept the bag in the locker.we are also one line to discuss the menu today.long my group calm quiet, because our preparations have been finished. but it turns out there was a mistake in our dessert making, because it tasted bitter. so we made our dessert back and our dessert failed for the second time. this testure is not in line with the proper bika ambon texture.
the testur bika ambon should be hollow and our ambo turned out to be hollow young.this is wrong in mixing technique and roasting technique.so you make it again for the third time, we change our mixing technique and the customer's technique.and finally this third attempt succeeds, we have the mist that we make according to what we should be. It is the same and it feels right. But the dessert for today does not go out of trouble because of the problem. So that out today is only appetizer, soup, main course. As usual day after using kitchen we do general cleaning. After completion we finished general cleaning we went home each. my blog scores for today and hopefully useful.
