Assalamualaikum kawan
Alhamdulillah our friend can still meet again yah, in my blog this. For this week is the last week of kichen entry before the final. So we have to be from before before. Today we're just preparae for the chinesee food menu, but before we go on I will tell from the beginning, starting from my departure, ok friends. I set off campus around 07.00 on foot as far as 800 meters. Upon my campus I used to wear my uniform. Because the time of the entry was long, so I took time to read the recipe. At 08.00am we start one line for absence before entering kitchen.
After we entered one line in main kitchen, for the delivery from the pack of today's menu. Today I get an appetizer menu of CHINESEE SPINACH & PEANUT SALAD, as I explained first, this is a chinesee food menu. What we prepare today is spinach and peanut. For the spinach we just picked it up then simly on the ciller. For the beans itself, first peel off, then fry. Because of this week's last week, we got the task of the chef dino that is making egg dishess. For day 1 that is sunny side up and turn over, day 2 omelete, day 3 scramble and poach egg. And it should be ready before 3 o'clock.
After all we finish giving a 1 hour dive break. And we have to utilize it well, from day to day, and prayer. We re-enter and have a gemeral cleaning in the main kitchen. And it has to be completed until 3 o'clock from the working table, stove, oven, floor, pastry and bakery. And that we can deal with well, with the robbery we build with solid. After general cleaning, we rest and wait time to go home. At 04.10 we are oneline to get ready to go home and delivery from the pack, before we go home pray, may we survived until the house.
